In case of this extraordinary gift, the 700 and 940 g brass bell hangs from a dark wooden panel, the sides of which have also been trimmed with brass. With two screws, the bell body - with a diameter of 10 or 12.5 cm – is attached to the curved bracket, which connects it to the wooden panel. This beautiful composition is completed by a braided lanyard, via which the bell can be rung with a clear chime.
But that’s not all. On the wooden panel of the ship's bell, there is an engraving plate. You can engrave a birth, baptism or wedding date, a quote or a lovely wish here - your imagination knows no bounds (only space is limited).
There are two types of brass plates available for the wooden panel. Firstly, elegant brass plates with diamond engravings that are dyed black and alternatively engraving plates made of a stronger brass material that can be milled and designed with colour.
